Internal Team Lead & Client Account Manager
We are looking for a well-rounded professional who can manage client relationships, lead a team, and contribute to business growth — all with the confidence of someone who has done it before.
This role sits at the intersection of people and performance. You will be the main contact for our clients, ensuring they consistently receive value and feel heard. At the same time, you will be guiding and supporting our VA team, addressing their concerns and helping them grow. Your Responsibilities:
•Manage and develop client accounts with a focus on satisfaction and retention
•Serve as the first point of contact for client concerns and resolve issues professionally
•Identify opportunities to expand services and grow accounts through thoughtful upselling
•Provide day-to-day HR support for the VA team including conflict resolution and scheduling
•Coach VAs and help them navigate challenges in client relationships
•Keep internal systems and processes running efficiently
•Report on team and client performance with a focus on continuous improvement
•Remain accessible outside standard hours when clients or VAs need urgent support
What We're Looking For:
•Proven experience in client account management or relationship management
•Strong leadership qualities with experience supporting or managing a team
•Excellent English communication skills — clear, professional, and confident
•Ability to handle HR matters fairly and constructively
•A proactive, flexible approach and willingness to work outside regular hours when required
Preferred:
-Background in virtual team management
-HR or recruitment experience
-Sales or upselling experience in a service context
-Night shift flexibility is a strong advantage
