I am the founder of Legacy Letter, a mission-driven company helping parents write meaningful letters to their children and families.
Our work includes speaking events, workshops, partnerships with financial advisors, and business sponsorships. We are growing quickly and need a highly organized, detail-oriented person to help manage leads, follow up with contacts, and keep our sales pipeline organized.
This is a long-term position for someone who enjoys helping a mission-driven company grow.
You will work directly with the founder and help ensure that opportunities do not fall through the cracks.
Responsibilities:
CRM & Pipeline Management
Enter leads and contacts into our CRM
Track speaking opportunities, sponsors, and partnerships
Keep deals organized and updated
Sending LOTS of
Lead Research
Research potential sponsors in cities where events are happening
Build lists of financial advisors and businesses
Identify organizations that may host events
Scheduling & Follow-Up
Send follow-up
Schedule calls and manage calendar coordination
Send reminders and track responses
Sales Support
Prepare proposals and documents
Track sponsorship opportunities
Help coordinate event logistics
Administrative Support
Organize files and documents
Assist with projects and communication
Requirements
We are looking for someone who:
Has strong written English
Is highly organized and detail-oriented
Has experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Close, Salesforce, etc.) We must
Is comfortable researching businesses online
Communicates clearly and professionally
Is proactive and takes initiative
Is dependable and looking for a long-term role
Experience supporting sales teams is a big plus.
We work with secular organizations as well as Christian churches. Everyone our small team is a Christian.
