We are looking for a highly skilled Meta Ads Media Buyer to join our growing lead generation agency.
At Guidsagency we run high-performing Meta advertising campaigns for construction and home-service companies in the Netherlands.
The goal is simple:
Generate high-quality leads that convert into real customers.
This is not an entry-level role.
We are specifically looking for someone with real hands-on experience running Meta Ads campaigns, preferably within lead generation.
If you understand how to analyze performance, test creatives, and scale campaigns, this role could be a great fit.
About The Role
As a Media Buyer, you will manage and optimize 30–40 Meta Ads accounts for our clients.
Your job is to keep campaigns stable, profitable, and continuously improving.
You will monitor performance daily, test new creative concepts, and identify opportunities to improve results across multiple accounts.
This role requires someone who can:
• Think analytically
• Work independently
• Diagnose problems quickly
• Continuously test and improve campaigns
You will work closely with our internal team while maintaining full ownership of campaign performance.
What You Will Be Doing
• Managing and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation clients
• Monitoring campaign performance daily
• Analyzing key metrics such as:
Cost per lead (CPL)
Campaign stability
Creative performance
• Testing new ad creatives and identifying winning angles
• Diagnosing performance issues and implementing optimizations
• Managing multiple ad accounts while maintaining stable results
Our Clients
All of our clients operate in the construction and home-services industry in the Netherlands.
Examples include:
• Roofing companies
• Solar installation companies
• Window replacement companies
• Renovation contractors
• Bathroom renovation companies

Requirements
To qualify for this role you should have:
• Proven experience running Meta Ads campaigns
• Experience with lead generation campaigns
• Strong understanding of campaign structure and optimization
• Experience managing multiple ad accounts simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• The ability to diagnose performance changes quickly
You should be comfortable working with campaign data and making decisions based on numbers.
Ideal Candidate

• Understands how to test and identify winning ad angles
• Can analyze campaign performance and react quickly

Working Environment
This is a remote position.
Our team operates within the Amsterdam / Central European Time zone (CET).
Because our clients are based in the Netherlands, you must be comfortable working within this time zone.
Compensation
Compensation depends on experience and performance.
Media buyers in this role can earn up to $3,000 per month or more depending on experience and results.
