We run multiple fast-growing D2C ecommerce brands and are looking for a talented video editor who understands short-form paid ads for platforms like Meta
Our team tests 50+ ad creatives every week, so we need someone who can turn raw footage into high-converting ad creatives quickly and consistently.
This role is focused on performance marketing, not cinematic editing.
If you mainly edit YouTube videos, gaming videos, or cinematic edits, this role is probably not the right fit.
We are only looking for editors who already understand how to edit ads that convert.
What you’ll be doing
• Editing short-form ads (15–60 seconds) for Meta and TikTok
• Creating multiple hook variations from the same footage
• Adding captions, motion text, and sound effects
• Repurposing existing ads into new variations
• Working closely with our creative strategists to test new ideas
Because we test creatives every week, speed and consistency are extremely important.
Skills Required
You must be comfortable doing the following:
• Editing ecommerce paid ads for Meta and TikTok
• Editing TikTok-style UGC ads
• Creating voiceovers using ElevenLabs
• Finding relevant B-roll footage online when needed
• Editing AI video clips such as AI podcast videos or AI UGC style content
• Adding captions and motion text that improve engagement
• Working quickly and iterating based on feedback
• Using tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects or similar
