JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Manager to take full ownership of the social media presence of an upcoming skincare brand. This is an opportunity to help build a brand from the ground up and play a key role in shaping its online identity before launch.

The brand will launch in approximately two months and will start with one flagship product: Tallow x Aloe Vera Cream, a natural face moisturizer for both men and women made with only natural ingredients. You can view the current website at primetics.eu to get a first impression of the brand.

The social media accounts have not yet been created, which means you will be responsible for setting up and managing the entire social media presence from the start.

This role is ideal for someone who understands skincare content, modern social media trends, and high-quality visual branding. A big part of the content creation will be done using AI tools, primarily Higgsfield AI (Banana Pro 2) to create highly realistic and professional content.

You will receive the necessary base content from the founder, but you will be responsible for transforming this into engaging, high-quality social media content that can compete with established skincare brands.

Responsibilities:

- Create high-quality social media content including posts, reels, and daily stories
- Use AI tools (primarily Higgsfield AI) to create realistic and professional content
- Produce different formats such as UGC-style content, carousel posts, product content, and skincare-related content
- Maintain a premium visual style comparable to established skincare brands

Social Media Management:

- Manage and grow the brand’s social media presence
- Post daily stories and schedule posts/reels at the optimal frequency based on your expertise
- Maintain a consistent visual identity and brand style
-Create and manage social media advertisements

Brand Development:

Contribute ideas for packaging design and product inserts or folders included in the packaging

Email Marketing:

Help develop high-quality email marketing campaigns that match the standards of premium skincare brands

Strategy and Ownership

Provide your own ideas and creative input and take ownership of the social media side of the brand while working closely with me for approvals and feedback.

We are ideally looking for someone who:

- Has a strong interest in skincare or beauty
- Has experience with social media management or content creation
- Is familiar with AI content creation tools
- Understands modern social media trends and aesthetics
- Has an eye for premium branding and visual quality
- Preference is given to female candidates, as they may naturally have a stronger affinity with skincare products and the target audience.
