WHO WE ARE

My name is Matt Elliott. I'm based in Brisbane, Australia, and I run a growing AI-powered network marketing business built around my book "AI Powered Network Marketing."

Here's what that actually means day to day:

• I sell a physical book ($67, free shipping) and digital training products online
• I run a network marketing business under the ASEA brand with a team of 300+ members
• I'm building two members area platforms with training videos, community, and tools
• I use AI automation (an AI assistant called Aria) to handle prospecting and lead conversations
• I create daily video content — diary-style videos, training content, and short-form social posts
• I'm running a 90-day growth campaign right now across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and email

This business is built on the idea that AI handles the systems and humans focus on relationships. I practice what I preach — which means I use AI tools everywhere, including to help train and support my VA.

I'm looking for one person to grow with me as this business scales. This is not a task-and-forget role. This is a front-row seat to watching an AI-powered online business get built from the ground up.

THE ROLE

This starts as a part-time position — roughly 3-4 hours per day — while I train you on the systems and tools. After 1-2 weeks it becomes full-time (7-8 hours per day) once you know the workflow.

You won't be thrown in the deep end. You'll learn one task at a time, using Loom videos I record to show you exactly how each job is done. You'll also have access to a full AI assistant (Claude) that knows everything about my business — all the strategy documents, the 90-day plan, the training video list, all of it. You can ask it questions and get answers based on my actual business documents.

Your daily tasks will include:

Content & Video

• Edit raw TikTok and diary videos — add captions, cut dead air, add intro/outro
• Cross-post edited videos to Facebook, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Build Canva slides for training videos using provided templates
• Combine AI-generated voiceover audio with slide decks to produce finished training videos
• Upload completed training videos to GoHighLevel members area
• Schedule all social posts one week ahead using Buffer

Marketing & Tracking

• Create and manage tracking links in Bitly — name them correctly and update the tracker
• Update the traffic sources spreadsheet weekly with click and lead data
• Monitor Facebook ad metrics daily — flag any ad with high cost per click
• Post diary content to relevant Facebook groups in the network marketing niche
• Monitor and respond to basic social media comments (flag anything that needs me personally)

Admin & Platform

• Maintain the 90-day activity plan tracker — mark completed tasks
• Research tasks as assigned — solo ad vendors, podcast hosts, JV partners
• Help manage tech support hotline calendar and booking confirmations
• Any other tasks that come up as the business grows

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE

Essential — don't apply without these:

• Canva — basic
• CapCut or similar video editing tool — basic editing, captions, cuts
• Strong written English — you'll be posting on my behalf
• Reliable internet and computer — non-negotiable
• Ability to work independently — I won't be checking in every hour
• Attention to detail — if you miss instructions, this isn't the role for you
• Self-starter mindset — you'll have documents and AI to help you; use them

Highly desirable — you'll move to the top of the list with these:

• GoHighLevel experience — even basic familiarity is a big plus
• Buffer, Later, or any scheduling tool experience
• Experience working with AI tools — ChatGPT, Claude, or similar
• Social media marketing background
• Experience working for an Australian or Western business owner

WHAT YOU DON'T NEED

I don't expect you to know everything on day one. I'd rather hire someone with great fundamentals and a genuine work ethic than someone with a perfect CV who cuts corners.

• You don't need GoHighLevel expertise — I'll show you exactly what to do in it
• You don't need video production experience beyond basic editing
• You don't need to be a tech wizard — but you do need to be willing to learn new tools

WORKING WITH ME

A few things you should know before you apply:

• I communicate directly and honestly. I'll tell you when something is wrong and I'll tell you when something is great. I don't do passive-aggressive.
• I use AI heavily in my own work. You'll be expected to do the same. If you're afraid of AI tools, this is the wrong job.
• I document everything with Loom videos. Every new task gets a screen recording walkthrough. You watch it, you do it, you ask me if you're stuck.
• I give autonomy. Once you've proven you understand a task, I trust you to run it. I don't micromanage.
• I'm building something real. This isn't a boring data entry role. You'll see exactly how an AI-powered online business works from the inside.

What I expect in return:

• Show up on time. Do what you say you'll do.
• Tell me when something is unclear before it becomes a mistake.
• Bring ideas. If you see a smarter way to do something, tell me.
• Take pride in the work. Your output represents my brand.

POSITION DETAILS

Position Type Part-time to start (3-4 hrs/day), then full-time (7-8 hrs/day)
Location 100% remote — work from anywhere
Hours Flexible — but you must be available for overlap with AEST (Brisbane time)
Start Date As soon as the right person is found
Trial Period 2 weeks paid trial before full-time offer
Salary Competitive — based on experience. State your expected rate in AUD per month when you apply.
Growth This role grows as the business grows. More responsibility = more pay.
