JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a Virtual Operations Assistant/Manager to help run and improve daily operations for a fast-growing subscription-based creator business.

This role focuses on managing workflows, coordinating teams, improving systems, and helping increase overall performance in creator operations and fan engagement.

This is not an entry-level VA role. We need someone who understands fast-paced creator businesses, executes quickly, uses AI tools daily, and can manage operations with minimal supervision.

You will work directly with leadership and help scale internal operations.

Environment

You will be working in a fast-paced creator subscription business involving fan engagement, messaging workflows, and digital monetization operations.

Experience in creator platforms, subscription businesses, or chat-based monetization environments is a strong advantage.

Core Responsibilities
• Manage daily workflows across teams
• Ensure tasks, priorities, and deadlines are met
• Monitor performance and improve efficiency
• Use AI tools to speed up execution and reporting
• Prepare reports, summaries, and performance insights
• Support creator operations and team coordination
• Improve internal systems and processes
• Identify problems and implement scalable solutions

Preferred Experience (Strong Advantage)

Candidates with experience in these environments will be prioritized:

• Creator management agencies
• Subscription-based creator platforms
• Fan engagement or chat-based monetization environments
• High-volume messaging or digital sales operations
• Remote team operations
• Fast-paced online businesses

Experience in creator subscription ecosystems is a major advantage.

AI Requirement (Mandatory)

• AI-assisted research and reporting

AI usage is a core part of this role.

Compensation:
$4 – $7 USD per hour (based on experience and performance)
Performance bonuses available.
