JOB OVERVIEW

IMPORTANT: We’re only considering applicants who are already experienced in creating high-performing Facebook video ads. If you don’t have hands-on experience editing direct-response style ads for E-commerce, this role may not be the right fit.

We’re looking for someone who can edit fast but maintain high-quality output.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Edit high-converting Facebook video ads
- Add captions, hooks, motion graphics, and sound effects
- Create fast-paced, engaging edits optimized for ad performance
- Repurpose content into multiple ad variations
- Follow creative references and execute quickly while maintaining quality

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience editing Facebook / E-commerce video ads
- Strong understanding of direct-response ad editing
- Ability to edit quickly without sacrificing quality
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar tools
- Good sense for hooks, pacing, and retention
- Ability to work independently and hit deadlines
