JOB OVERVIEW

HEG is a trade-oriented sales and installation company based in Tasmania, Australia, a cool temperate climate zone. We have 8 different product categories (solar, batteries, heat pump hot water, reverse cycle air conditioning, insulation, thermal window coverings, etc) and 20 staff, including 5 tea ---------- mbers that work remotely (2 off-shore in Philippines).

Our cloud-based systems are:
* Simpro Enterprise: ERP / job management (leads -> Quotes -> Jobs -> Invoices + catalogues)
* Podium: voip, chat, reviews, AI chatbot
* Xero: accounting
* Google Business Suite: office docs and collaborative inboxes
* Facebook: ----------
* Google Business Profiles: ----------
* Wordpress: ----------
* Mailchimp: email campaign management
* DelightAI: AI module for custom communications with customers.
* Canva: social media graphics and web
* X/Instagram

Our goal is to achieve top of mind awareness for consumers by displaying our expertise with residential thermal efficiency, renewable energy and energy storage in our target markets. Our desired outcome is to reach new customers and have existing customers being awareness of our full range of products/services, ultimately generating a steady flow of sales leads.

What We Need
We currently have a disjointed approach to our social media, often limited due to poor time resources due to continued business growth. We need someone with multi-disciplinary skills that can schedule and coordinate cohesive social media and online advertising campaigns to become number one in our chosen fields, including:
* improve our organic search engine ranking / SEO
* optimise HEG for Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO)
* improve Generative AI Optimisation (GAIO)
* update our website as required, including landing pages, etc
* collate social media post material from a variety of sources
* coordinate with HEG tea ---------- mbers for necessary content e.g. videos
* develop a social media marketing plan in consultation with HEG management.
* Schedule social media posts
* Generate and coordinate seasonal Google/Facebook Ads
