We’re looking for a
What success looks like (first 30 days)
Launch and optimize a structured Meta ads account setup (prospecting + retargeting)
Consistent testing system for creatives and angles (UGC, product-focused, lifestyle)
Improved efficiency on core KPIs (ROAS, CPA, MER, CTR, CVR) with clear reporting
Clear weekly insights: what worked, what didn’t, and what we’ll test next
Responsibilities
Build, launch, and manage Meta
Set up a clear funnel structure: TOF prospecting, MOF retargeting, BOF conversions
Create and manage testing frameworks (creative tests, audiences, offers, landing pages)
Optimize daily/weekly: budgets, bids, placements, attribution, and pacing
Monitor performance and troubleshoot drops (CPM spikes, CTR decline, conversion issues)
Collaborate with the team on creative direction (hooks, angles, concepts, briefs)
Improve tracking quality: Pixel/CAPI checks, event prioritization, UTMs
Provide weekly performance summaries and action plans (simple and clear)
Qualifications
Proven experience running Meta Ads for ecommerce (Shopify preferred)
Strong understanding of campaign structures, scaling, and creative testing
Comfortable working with core metrics: CPA, ROAS, MER, CTR, CPM, AOV, CVR
Ability to interpret results and translate them into next steps (not just reports)
Familiar with Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager, Pixel/CAPI, and basic tracking setup
Strong communication and reliable execution (part-time but consistent)
