About Us:
VEAUTY is a fast-growing premium skincare technology brand selling direct-to-consumer through our Shopify store. Our hero product, the VEAUTY Dot, is the world's only true home fractional RF device — used by 56,000+ customers and trusted by 150+ professional clinics worldwide. We're scaling our content engine aggressively and need a dedicated UGC Manager to build and manage a constant pipeline of creators producing authentic, high-converting content for our brand.
The Role:
We're looking for a full-time, dedicated UGC Manager who can find, recruit, negotiate with, and manage UGC creators at scale. Your job is to keep a steady stream of fresh, authentic video and photo content flowing into our creative team — content that our video editors will then turn into high-performing ads across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
This isn't a "post on social media" role. This is a sourcing, outreach, negotiation, and project management role. You'll be the bridge between creators and our brand — ensuring we always have new faces, new angles, and new content to fuel our advertising. You'll work closely with our marketing manager on scripts, creative direction, hooks, and content style to ensure every piece of UGC aligns with what's working in our ads.
What You'll Do:
You'll source and recruit new UGC creators on an ongoing basis — our preferred model is gifted partnerships (sending free product in exchange for content), though you'll also manage paid creators when needed. You'll build and maintain a pipeline of active creators so we never run dry on fresh content. You'll handle all communication with creators — outreach, onboarding, briefing, follow-ups, and feedback. You'll write and send detailed creator briefs that include scripts, hooks, visual direction, dos and don'ts, and example videos so creators know exactly what we need. You'll coordinate with our marketing manager to align all briefs with current ad strategy, winning hooks, and performance data. You'll manage delivery timelines and hold creators accountable — ensuring content arrives on time and meets our quality standards. You'll provide constructive feedback when content doesn't match the brief, and manage revision requests without burning creator relationships. You'll negotiate fair rates with paid creators, always balancing quality with budget efficiency. You'll track everything — creator contacts, outreach status, delivery dates, content received, and performance — in an organized system.
What We Need From You:
You must have 1+ years of experience sourcing and managing UGC creators or influencer partnerships for ecommerce or DTC brands. You need proven experience with gifted/seeding campaigns — convincing creators to produce content in exchange for free product is a core skill for this role. You should be comfortable with cold outreach via DM and
You must be highly organized — managing 10–30+ active creators simultaneously requires tight systems, follow-up discipline, and attention to detail. You need strong written communication skills — your outreach messages, briefs, and follow-ups need to be clear, professional, and persuasive.
You should understand what makes great UGC for direct-response advertising — this isn't about pretty content, it's about authentic content that converts. You need to know the difference between content that looks good on a feed and content that stops the scroll in a paid ad. Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and the broader creator landscape is essential. Experience using platforms like Billo, Insense, JoinBrands, or similar UGC marketplaces is a plus. Experience in the skincare, beauty, or health/wellness niche is a strong advantage.
What Success Looks Like:
In your first month, you'll have sourced and onboarded your first batch of creators, established your outreach and tracking systems, and delivered your first round of UGC content to our editing team. By month two, you'll have a steady pipeline producing new content weekly, with a mix of gifted and paid creators. By month three, you'll be proactively identifying creator styles and content angles that align with our best-performing ads — bringing ideas to the table, not just filling orders.
Our best UGC managers don't just find creators — they build relationships, understand what content drives results, and become the engine that keeps our creative team fed with fresh material.
The Terms:
This is a full-time, exclusive role at $750 USD/month. You will not be permitted to work for any other brands or clients while employed with us — we need your full focus and commitment. This is a long-term position with room for growth, increased responsibility, and additional compensation as the brand scales.
Working hours: 8 hours/day, Monday–Friday (flexible on timezone, but consistent availability is required).
You must have a reliable computer and stable internet connection for full-time remote work.
