JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Video Producer to manage end-to-end short-form video creation for HVAC clients.
This role goes beyond basic editing — we need someone who can research, script, source footage, and produce polished final videos with AI voiceovers and dynamic captions.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Creative Scripting: Draft engaging scripts based on a provided hook and call-to-action (CTA). Structure videos for high engagement and lead generation.
-Advanced Sourcing: Research client websites to find and scrape footage from their Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
-Asset Collection: Source HVAC equipment photos from our brand folders (Canva or Google Drive) or manufacturer websites.
-Local B-Roll Research: Find relevant city and service-area footage from Google or YouTube.
-Voiceover & Audio Production: Use ElevenLabs for all voiceovers. You must be experienced in voice grooming (phonetic spelling, aliases, or dashes) to ensure zero mispronunciations.
-Technical Accuracy: Ensure correct pronunciation of HVAC terms such as SEER, AFUE, BTUs and specific city or service area names.
-Dynamic Captions: Create word-for-word captions highlighted in Yellow and positioned in safe zones (mid-screen) so they are not covered by social media interface elements.

QUALITY & PAYMENT POLICY:
-Accuracy Standard: You are expected to deliver a high-quality first draft. Revisions required due to failure to follow instructions (incorrect phone number, wrong caption color, mispronounced terms, missing assets, etc.) must be corrected promptly.
-Billable Work: Additional payment will only be provided if the client changes the original scope or script after the first approved version.

REQUIREMENTS:
-Expert-level CapCut or Premiere Pro skills.
-Strong Canva experience.
-Pro-level familiarity with ElevenLabs including aliases, phonetic spelling, and pronunciation control.
-Strong English writing skills for technical HVAC scripting.
-Ability to deliver final video assets in three formats:
9:16 (Vertical)
1:1 (Square)
16:9 (Landscape)
