We’re an 8-figure Shopify dropshipping brand looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team full-time.
If you have an eye for storytelling, understand how to craft high-converting ad creatives, and want to grow with a performance-driven brand, this role is for you.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Edit short-form ads with a focus on UGC-style content
- Repurpose existing content into new high-performing formats (split-testing hooks, captions, transitions)
- Research & apply trends in editing styles, sound, and storytelling for high CTR and ROAS
- Add captions, emojis, effects,
- Analyze creative performance (hooks, retention, click-throughs) and suggest improvements
- Manage and organize creative assets in our shared Google Drive
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce 5–10 new ad creatives per Day
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ( German Time)
Must be available and responsive during these hours.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience editing UGC-style ads (portfolio required)
- Strong grasp of pacing, retention, and storytelling for direct-response marketing
- Proficiency with editing tools
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach
- Reliable, organized, and able to deliver fast turnarounds
- Bonus: Experience with dropshipping/e-commerce brands
