We’re Big Tea, a UK ecommerce tea brand building a modern lifestyle brand in a traditional category.
We’re looking for a commercially minded operator with strong Meta Ads experience.
Core Focus (Priority Order)
1. Meta Ads (Primary Skillset)
Daily campaign management
Creative testing and iteration
Scaling volume at sustainable CPA
Audience structure and funnel optimisation
Clear performance reporting
2. Google Ads + Google Analytics (GA4)
Analysing conversion behaviour
Understanding attribution
Identifying drop-off and growth opportunities
3. Tik Tok Ads
Ads management.
Dealing with regulatory issues.
Recommendations for video improvements
3. Klaviyo (Nice to have)
Building and optimising flows
Increasing
Supporting retention and repeat purchase
4. Shopify (Nice to Have)
Basic CRO thinking
Supporting on-site improvements
App integrations
We’ve had early traction on a small budget and now want to scale intelligently.
We care about brand. Growth cannot come at the expense of positioning.
What We Value:
Strong understanding of ecommerce volume models
Clear thinking around CPA and contribution margin
Ability to recommend new growth avenues (subscriber growth, funnel improvements, retention ideas)
We are also open to adding in a commission based structure if preferred.
