I am looking for a highly experienced Social Media Lead Conversion Specialist to join my team.

This is NOT a beginner position.

You must already understand how to generate leads, respond quickly to messages, and convert social media conversations into clients.

Your main job will be managing conversations on Facebook and Instagram, responding to comments and messages, and guiding people into our lead forms and booking links.

You will also enter all leads into GoHighLevel CRM so our team can follow up immediately.

Speed and accuracy are extremely important.
Hot leads should be captured and entered into the system within minutes.

Your Responsibilities

• Respond to Facebook and Instagram comments and messages
• Turn conversations into qualified leads
• Send prospects the correct lead forms or booking links
• Enter all leads into GoHighLevel CRM
• Tag and organize leads correctly inside the system
• Monitor notifications and respond quickly
• Engage inside Facebook groups when needed
• Help grow the brand through engagement and community interaction
• Identify hot leads that need immediate follow up

Requirements

You must already have experience with:

• Facebook lead conversion
• Instagram lead conversion
• Social media engagement strategies
• Community management
• Comment to DM strategies
• Lead generation through social media
• CRM systems such as GoHighLevel

We are looking for someone who understands how to turn attention into leads and leads into clients.

Proof of Experience Required

To be considered for this job, you must provide:

• Screenshots of social media pages you helped grow
• Proof of engagement or viral posts
• Examples of conversations where you converted leads
• Any experience with GoHighLevel or other CRM systems

Applications without proof of results will not be considered.

Compensation

• Starting Pay: $3 per hour

This position includes a performance review after the first 2 weeks.

If you demonstrate strong performance including:

• Fast response to leads
• Accurate lead entry into GoHighLevel
• Consistent engagement on social media
• Ability to convert conversations into qualified leads
• Professional communication and reliability

Your pay will increase to $4 per hour starting in week 3.

We are looking for someone who is confident, experienced, and ready to perform immediately.
