About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive professional to manage complex client cases, coordinate stakeholders, improve workflows, and help scale our operations. This role combines case management, legal process support, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
> Manage complex client cases, tracking milestones, documents, and deadlines
> Coordinate with clients, employers, attorneys, and internal teams
> Maintain accurate case records and reporting
> Improve workflows and operational systems
> Develop SOPs, templates, and internal documentation
> Handle admin support such as
> Assist in ensuring smooth daily operations
Requirements
> 3+ years in case management, legal operations, paralegal, or complex project coordination
> Strong organizational and multitasking skills
> Excellent written and verbal English communication
> Detail-oriented and proactive
> Comfortable managing multiple cases or projects simultaneously
Preferred: Immigration, legal services, HR, or operations experience; familiarity with CRMs or tracking tools; leadership potential
