Key Responsibilities
Create, launch, and manage advertising campaigns on
Develop ad strategies that generate qualified leads and conversions.
Conduct audience research and create targeted custom and lookalike audiences.
Write compelling ad copy and collaborate on creative assets (images/videos).
Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads to improve results and reduce cost per lead.
Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
Track key metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, and ROAS.
Provide regular performance reports and insights to improve campaign strategy.
Stay updated with the latest changes in Meta advertising policies and algorithm updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience running campaigns using
Strong understanding of digital advertising and conversion funnels.
Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on performance.
Experience with audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
Familiarity with tracking tools such as Meta Pixel.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience running lead generation or e-commerce campaigns.
Knowledge of landing page optimization and funnel strategy.
Experience with CRM integrations and conversion tracking.
