JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:

I am looking for an experienced Social Media and E-Commerce Specialist who understands how to build, manage, and optimize social media platforms for business and product sales. This role will focus on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, including setting up product tagging, shop integrations, automation replies, and business messaging systems.

You will also help create AI-powered video content using tools like HeyGen, where I provide the script and you create the finished content ready for posting across platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who understands social commerce, automation, AI content tools, and platform growth strategies.

Social Media & E-Commerce Setup

Set up and optimize Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok business accounts

Connect and configure Instagram Shop, Facebook Shop, and TikTok Shop

Link and tag products in posts, reels, and videos

Set up Instagram Business Chat and automated responses

Build automation for messages, comments, and customer replies

Create and manage contact buttons and business profile settings

Ensure all platforms are properly connected and synced

Help design and structure the platforms (you will have admin access)

Automation & Messaging

Set up automated responses for DMs and comments

Configure customer service auto-replies and lead capture

Implement chat flows for inquiries and product questions

AI Video Content Creation
I will provide scripts, and you will create short-form video content using AI tools.

Must have experience using HeyGen or similar AI video tools.

You should be able to take a script and turn it into engaging short-form video content ready for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing social media for e-commerce brands

Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook business tools

Experience with product tagging and social commerce

Experience creating automation for DMs and comments

Knowledge of Instagram Business Chat

Ability to connect and optimize business accounts across platforms

Experience creating AI-generated video content

Bonus Skills (Preferred):

Experience with ManyChat, Chatfuel, or other automation tools

Experience with Shopify or e-commerce integrations

Experience with content strategy and social media growth
