REMOTE OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
CRM • Client Communication • Fulfillment Coordination

We are a U.S.-based supplement manufacturing and fulfillment company looking for a reliable Remote Operations Assistant to join our team long-term.

This role supports our Operations Lead in managing client communication, CRM updates, order tracking, and operational follow-ups.

You will help ensure that no leads, orders, or production updates fall through the cracks.

This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for someone who is organized, professional, and responsive.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Update and manage CRM pipelines (Zoho or similar systems)
• Follow up with leads and existing clients by email
• Track production and fulfillment timelines
• Coordinate updates between operations, warehouse, and clients
• Ensure client inquiries are answered promptly
• Help maintain organized records and operational reports

YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH:

• CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
• Logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain coordination
• Shopify or ecommerce operations
• Customer support or client communication
• Administrative or operations support roles

WORK DETAILS

• Work schedule overlapping U.S. business hours
• Rate: $5–$7 per hour depending on experience
• Performance bonuses available
• Opportunity to grow into a senior operations role over time
