JOB OVERVIEW

We are a UK commercial cleaning and facilities company building a remote outbound sales team. We need an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead two Philippines-based VAs — one running cold email sequences via Instantly, one handling calls and bookings.
This is a leadership role. You own the team’s results.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead, motivate and train both VAs daily
• Review daily reports and send written feedback every morning
• Monitor and manage Instantly cold email campaigns
• Audit lead quality and coach the team to hit targets
• Send a weekly pipeline report to the CEO
• Be the single point of contact between the CEO and the VA team

PAY & BENEFITS
• $7.50/hr base ($6.50/hr for 30-day trial period)
• Up to $150/month KPI bonus based on team performance
• 2% revenue bonus on every client contract signed — uncapped
• Hours increase to 20–30 hrs/week as we grow the sales team
• Paid weekly via Wise (USD), every Friday

YOU MUST HAVE
• 3+ years in B2B sales management or outbound marketing management
• Experience managing and coaching a remote sales or outreach team
• Hands-on experience with Instantly, Lemlist, or a similar cold email tool
• Strong CRM skills (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Available 09:00–13:00 UK time, Monday–Friday (Manila: 16:00–20:00 BST / 17:00–21:00 GMT)

• You treat reporting as your main output — results are your main output
• You are looking for a passive or low-effort part-time role
