About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and experienced
We operate at a high scale, so strict adherence to our standard operating procedures (SOPs) and meticulous data tracking are non-negotiable.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution: Uploading and launching new ad creatives into our test campaigns exactly as outlined in our SOPs.
- Daily Reporting: Conducting end-of-day check-ins detailing total spend, ROAS, and explicitly noting which ads were turned off.
- Meticulous Tracking: Updating our master tracking sheets daily.
- Data Organization: Cataloging every single ad in our database, ensuring all required fields are filled out accurately (e.g., creative angle, link to our Notion board, and the live ad link).
Requirements
- High-Spend Experience: You must have a proven track record of managing at least $5,000 to $10,000+ in daily
- Fluent English: Impeccable English comprehension and speaking skills are strictly required for team communication and reporting.
- System-Oriented: You must be highly organized, comfortable working heavily in spreadsheets and Notion, and able to follow precise instructions without deviation.
