JOB OVERVIEW

What we're looking for
We're looking for a hands-on e-commerce data and finance specialist to help keep a fast-growing 7-figure Shopify business sharp. This is not a strategic or advisory role — we need someone who works with data daily, builds solid dashboards, and genuinely understands the numbers.
What you bring:

- Deep, hands-on expertise with Shopify reports, dashboards, and the Shopify interface — this is non-negotiable
- 3+ years of intensive experience analyzing data within Shopify businesses
- Proven experience with VAT compliance and reporting for European markets
- Strong experience managing multi-currency transactions and converting them into a base currency for accurate financial reporting
- ~15 hours per week availability

What you'll do:

- Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports and dashboards
- Identify and communicate trends in revenue, margins, and key performance metrics
- Support growth decisions with clear, actionable data insights
- Handle multi-currency reconciliation and European VAT reporting

- Know your way around EU VAT rules and cross-currency financials
- Are comfortable fully owning the financial reporting of a scaling e-commerce brand
