Job Description
We are a growing U.S. credit consulting company looking to hire Customer Service Call Specialists who will assist our team by contacting credit bureaus on behalf of our clients.
This role does NOT require creating disputes. Your primary responsibility will be calling the credit bureaus to request updates, verify information, and communicate with representatives regarding client accounts.
You must have excellent English speaking skills and be comfortable speaking with U.S. representatives on the phone.
Basic knowledge of credit reports and credit repair is required so you can properly understand what you are discussing during the calls.
This is a long-term, full-time work-from-home opportunity with a fast-growing company.
Responsibilities
• Call credit bureaus on behalf of our clients
• Follow scripts and instructions from our internal team
• Ask questions regarding credit report accounts and dispute status
• Communicate clearly with bureau representatives
• Document call results in our system
• Review credit reports to understand accounts being discussed
• Provide updates to our team after each call
Requirements
• Excellent spoken English (very important)
• Comfortable speaking on the phone daily
• Customer service or call center experience
• Ability to understand and read a credit report
• Basic knowledge of credit repair or credit reporting
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail when documenting calls
• Reliable internet connection
• Quiet work environment
Preferred Experience
• Experience speaking with U.S. credit bureaus or financial companies
• Credit repair industry experience
• Call center background
• Experience reviewing credit reports
