Hudson Digs Realty and its affiliated investment entities are seeking a high-level Real Estate Financial Analyst to support acquisitions, development projects, and portfolio management across residential and commercial real estate assets. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in real estate financial modeling, underwriting, market research, and development analysis, including reviewing zoning maps, evaluating highest and best use scenarios, and interpreting local rent control ordinances and housing regulations. Responsibilities include building detailed investment models and pro formas, preparing offering memorandums, conducting market and regulatory research, producing monthly asset-level financial reporting, closing the books each month, and preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts for individual properties and portfolio-level rollups. Candidates must have strong Excel modeling skills, experience analyzing real estate investments and development opportunities, and a deep understanding of local market dynamics. Final candidates will be required to complete a financial modeling skills test and present sample work product via shared screen, demonstrating their analytical process and prior underwriting or financial modeling experience. This role is intended for a serious, experienced real estate analyst capable of supporting real-world investment and development decisions.
