About the Role
We're looking for a sharp, proactive Marketing Assistant to support the growth of Digital Brand Builders and our wider portfolio. You'll work directly alongside the founding team, helping execute across paid advertising, funnels, content, and marketing operations. This is a hands-on role — perfect for someone who wants to be in the engine room of a fast-moving digital business, not just scheduling posts.

Key Responsibilities
Meta Ads & Paid Traffic
- Assist in setting up, monitoring, and reporting on Meta
- Pull performance data from Ads Manager and flag opportunities or issues
- Organise ad creative assets — copy, images, video — for testing cycles
- Help manage audiences, pixel events, and campaign structures
Funnel & Conversion Support
- Assist in building and updating landing pages and funnels (Kartra or similar)
- Monitor key funnel metrics: opt-in rates, cost per lead, conversion rates
- Coordinate funnel assets including forms, thank-you pages, and
- Support A/B testing by documenting variants and collating results
Content & Marketing Operations
- Help schedule and publish content across social channels
- Assist in producing marketing materials: ad copy,
- Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure deadlines are met
- Keep asset folders, trackers, and dashboards organised and up to date
AI-Assisted Workflows
- Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, and others) to accelerate content creation, research, and reporting
- Help identify and implement AI-driven efficiencies across marketing tasks
- Stay curious about new AI tools and bring ideas for how we can apply them in the business
Reporting & Analysis
- Compile weekly performance reports across ads, funnels, and
- Maintain marketing dashboards (Google Sheets or similar)
- Flag what's working and what needs attention based on the data
What We're Looking For
Basic working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (campaign setup, reading metrics)
Familiarity with funnel tools — Kartra, ClickFunnels, or equivalent
Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day work (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) — we expect AI to be part of your workflow, not an afterthought
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
A learner's mindset — eager to understand why things work, not just execute tasks
Good written communication skills
Experience with Google Sheets / basic spreadsheet skills
Nice to Have
Experience with
Basic understanding of direct response copywriting
Exposure to e-commerce or high-ticket coaching businesses
Experience using AI for content creation, research, or workflow automation
