JOB OVERVIEW

We are a Rhode Island-based AI company running multiple brands across healthcare, real estate, and AI SaaS. Our stack includes Claude (Anthropic), Kimi K2, n8n automation pipelines, Airtable, Vercel, and ClickUp — and we are deploying new AI tools constantly.

This is not a traditional VA role. This is an AI-augmented operations role for someone who understands that AI is not just a writing tool — it is an active, agentic system that can browse, execute, delegate, and build. If you know the difference between prompting an LLM and running an AI agent, you are already ahead of 95% of applicants.

WE PROVIDE OUR TOOLS. You will have access to our Claude subscription, Claude Chrome Extension, Claude Co-Work environment, and all relevant platform accounts. You bring the skill to operate them.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Agentic AI Operations:

Operate Claude Co-Work — Anthropic's desktop AI collaboration environment — to manage shared tasks, coordinate outputs, and work alongside AI agents in real time

Use the Claude Chrome Extension actively during your workday — summarizing pages, drafting responses, extracting data, researching competitors, and executing browser-based tasks on behalf of the team

Understand and work within agentic AI workflows — you are not just prompting for a blog post, you are helping orchestrate multi-step AI tasks that actually get things done

Automation and Content Operations:

Monitor and lightly manage n8n automation workflows — you do not need to build them, but you need to know when one breaks and what it is supposed to do

Publish and schedule AI-generated content using Nano Banana and similar tools across multiple brand accounts

Manage Airtable bases — content calendars, CRM-style records, blog engines, keyword trackers

Project and Team Coordination:

Manage task delegation in ClickUp — assigning work, updating statuses, pulling progress reports for leadership

Coordinate video production asset delivery for Virtual Twins AI — scripts, images, voiceover files, timelines

Draft AI-assisted content using Claude, format it, and push it live across platforms

Research and Intelligence:

Use the Claude Chrome Extension to conduct competitive research, summarize articles, extract pricing data, and brief the team

Identify and flag new AI tools relevant to our stack — we move fast and want someone paying attention to what is coming

YOU'RE THE RIGHT PERSON IF YOU:

Have real hands-on experience with Claude, ChatGPT, or similar LLMs — not casual use, actual daily work use

Understand the difference between a chatbot and an AI agent, and have explored agentic tools

Are confident navigating Airtable — linked records, views, formulas, automations

Have used any workflow automation platform — n8n, ---------- , or Zapier — even at a basic level

Are available Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM Eastern Time — this is a firm requirement, not a preference

Communicate clearly and concisely in written English

Get genuinely excited about new AI capabilities and stay current on what is being released

Can manage multiple brands simultaneously without mixing them up

PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED:

Experience with the Claude Chrome Extension or Claude Co-Work — mention this explicitly, it matters

Background in healthcare, regulated content, or SaaS environments

Any exposure to Vercel, GitHub, or AI development pipelines

Basic HIPAA awareness — we publish for medical brands and discretion is important
