JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for a reliable video editor to help edit weekly content for my YouTube channel and Instagram. The content is focused on real estate, relocation, and lifestyle in Idaho.

Each week I will provide the raw footage, and I need:

• 1 YouTube video edited (horizontal format)
• 1 Instagram reel created from the same video (vertical format)

This will be ongoing weekly work for the right person.

Responsibilities
• Edit 1 YouTube video per week (typically 16-22 minutes)
• Remove pauses, mistakes, and improve pacing
• Add light graphics, titles, or text when helpful
• Basic color correction and audio cleanup
• Create 1 short Instagram reel from the video
• Add captions/subtitles to the reel
• Format the reel in vertical (9:16)

Style
Clean, modern editing. Nothing overly flashy. The goal is professional, engaging, and easy to watch.

Examples of the type of editing style I like:
Similar length and editing style to examples 1 and 2 below. Please always include subtitles. When adding B-roll or extra footage, use only photos or videos from Idaho.

Also, like in the examples, include occasional fun “side” ---------- s or visual elements to keep the video engaging and dynamic.
