Position Summary
You handle the full recruiting process for your open roles. You source, screen, schedule, and help close offers. You keep records accurate in the ATS and share clear updates each week.
What You Will Do
1) Sourcing and Outreach
• Find candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and community groups.
• Run simple follow-up sequences
2) Screening and Candidate Care
• Screen for must-have skills using a scorecard; prepare candidates for interviews.
• Schedule interviews and collect feedback; keep candidates updated at each step.
3) Offers and Closing
• Present offers within the approved pay range; support start-date planning.
• Record decline reasons and share ideas to improve acceptance next time.
4) Communication and Reporting
• Send weekly updates on pipeline, risks, and next actions to hiring managers and the Manager of Accounts.
• Raise blockers early (availability, pay issues, slow feedback) with a clear fix.
5) Process and Compliance
• Keep the ATS clean: right statuses, notes, and reasons for each decision.
• Follow structured interviews and documentation rules; honor privacy and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) / Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) basics.
Qualifications
• 3+ years experience in a RPO, BPO or Call Center as an escalation Manager.
• Strong interviewing and communication skills; organized and reliable.
• Comfort using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and simple reports.
