Job Overview
We are looking for a professional with EPA Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) Certified Renovator certification to support our residential rehabilitation projects.
This role involves helping ensure that renovation activities in homes built before 1978 follow EPA lead-safe work practices and compliance standards.
The role may start as a project-based contract and can grow into ongoing work depending on project needs.
Responsibilities
• Provide guidance on EPA RRP lead-safe renovation practices
• Ensure projects follow required EPA compliance procedures
• Assist with documentation and compliance records
• Advise contractors and project managers on lead-safe requirements
• Support residential rehabilitation and property improvement projects
Requirements
• EPA Certified Renovator (RRP Certification) – Required
• Experience with residential renovation or rehabilitation projects
• Knowledge of lead-safe construction practices
• Good communication and documentation skills
Preferred
• Experience with HUD or Healthy Homes programs
• Experience with housing rehabilitation projects
• Construction or contractor supervision experience
Compensation
Project-based or hourly (based on experience).
