JOB OVERVIEW

We are a premium sneaker resell company based in France, selling limited sneakers and
streetwear
through Shopify and retail. We are looking for a reliable Shopify Product & Pricing Specialist
for long-term collaboration.

Main Responsibilities – Product Creation

• Create complete product listings on Shopify
• Write SEO-optimized descriptions
• Create SEO titles, meta descriptions, optimized URLs
• Add correct variants (size, color)
• Add materials and specifications
• Assign correct collections and tags
• Ensure price and variant accuracy

Image Optimization (Photoshop Required)

• Resize and format images for Shopify
• Basic retouching (brightness, contrast)
• Compress images for fast loading
• Rename files with SEO structure
• Add optimized ALT text

Dynamic Pricing Management

• Update prices based on market fluctuations
• Apply rounding and minimum margin rules
• Use Excel for calculations

• Import/export CSV files
• Double-check pricing accuracy
• Report pricing anomalies

Excel & Data Management

• Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
• Data cleaning
• SKU matching
• Margin verification (cost vs selling price)

Ongoing Optimization

• Improve product titles for SEO
• Standardize product structures
• Maintain clean catalog
• Archive sold-out products

Requirements

• Strong Shopify experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Basic Photoshop skills
• Attention to detail
• Understanding of profit margins
• Fluent in English

KPIs

• Low error rate

• Low revision requests
