JOB OVERVIEW

Overview

We are a HubSpot consulting practice seeking a Project Manager with hands-on HubSpot experience to support client delivery and internal project coordination.

This role is primarily project management and operations, but the candidate must already be familiar with HubSpot and comfortable performing basic CRM tasks when needed.

You will work directly with the founder to help manage client implementations, keep projects organized, and assist with light HubSpot administration.

Responsibilities

Project Management (Primary)

Manage client project timelines and tasks in ClickUp

Convert meeting recordings and notes into actionable tasks

Track deadlines and follow up on deliverables

Maintain documentation and project SOPs

Prepare weekly project updates

HubSpot Administration (Required Knowledge)

Navigate and manage records in HubSpot CRM

Create and manage lists

Update properties and contact/company records

Build basic reports and dashboards

Assist with CRM data cleanup

QA workflows and automation

(Complex CRM architecture and integrations will be handled by the lead consultant.)

Required Qualifications

Candidates must have HubSpot experience including:

Experience working inside HubSpot CRM

Familiarity with contacts, companies, deals, and pipelines

Experience creating lists or reports

Understanding of basic workflows or automation

Experience supporting CRM or marketing operations

Additional requirements:

2+ years project coordination or operations experience

Experience with task management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, etc.)

Strong communication and documentation skills.

Clearly speaks English.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience working for a HubSpot agency or consulting firm

Familiarity with RevOps or CRM implementation projects
