JOB OVERVIEW

Corporate Travel Consultant (Remote – Philippines)
Location: Remote – Philippines
Arrangement: Full-time, 40 hours per week

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Travel Consultant to support non-client-facing corporate travel operations. This role will focus on corporate booking assistance, queue management, and back-office travel administration, while client-facing consultants remain in-house.

The successful candidate will work closely with the internal team and provide operational support to ensure travel bookings and administrative processes are handled accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Travel Support
- Assist with travel bookings and reservations where required
- Prepare and manage booking records within GDS systems
Prepare accurate corporate travel quotations when requested
Manage and monitor travel booking queues
Process fulfilments, amendments, reissues, and cancellations
Generate and transact from basic operational or booking reports to support the internal team (including uninvoiced, unreceipted fees, and bookings status reports)
Ensure compliance with client travel policies
Maintain booking accuracy and documentation standards

Back-Office Administration

Reconcile booking financials
Manage supplier confirmations and ticketing follow-ups
Support workflow tracking via ---------- (or internal systems)
Update CRM systems (if applicable)
Maintain detailed records of transactions and communications
Assist with reporting and operational documentation

Systems & Tools

Work within internal travel and operational systems, including (but not limited to):
Tramada (where applicable)
Amadeus
---------- (task tracking)
HubSpot CRM

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience in corporate travel or travel administration
Strong quoting and fare construction knowledge
Experience managing booking queues
High attention to detail and accuracy
Experience using travel systems – Amadeus (GDS and mid-office systems preferred)
Familiarity with Tramada is highly desirable
Comfortable working in a non-client-facing support capacity
Strong English writing and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
