JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a motivated female professional looking for a flexible and rewarding opportunity? We are currently seeking an experienced female Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team on either a Part-Time or Full-Time basis.

Your primary role will be acting as the front desk voice of our company, answering and making calls while helping qualify potential customers for their construction projects.

Work Hours

Flexible schedule
Up to 40 hours per week
Must be able to work on Eastern Standard Time (EST), USA

Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls throughout the day

Make outbound calls to follow up with leads and customers

Set appointments and qualify customers so their construction projects can move forward

Use our phone calling software and systems efficiently

Maintain a professional and empathetic tone with every caller

- Requirements

5+ years of professional experience in reception, customer service, or phone-based roles

Fluent English speaking skills are required

Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls daily

Strong communication and empathy skills when speaking with customers

Ability to work 40 hours per week on EST (USA)

Professional demeanor similar to a front desk receptionist

Experience working in the healthcare or construction industries

Experience teaching English or working in English education
