About the Role
Trident Digital is looking for one full-time Social Media Strategist to join our team.
This role is for someone who already understands content and social media, and is ready to own strategy end-to-end — from planning ideas, working with creatives, to presenting and aligning with clients.
You won’t just be “planning posts”. You’ll be involved in real client work, real timelines, and real results.
What You’ll Be Doing
Creative Strategy
- Turn client goals into clear, practical content strategies
- Plan content mainly for Instagram and
- Keep content fresh, relevant, and aligned with trends
- Review performance and adjust strategies where needed
Client Work
- Join client calls as the main strategy contact
- Present ideas, concepts, and content directions
- Lead brainstorming sessions based on client goals
- Keep projects moving and clients in the loop
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with designers and video editors
- Guide creative direction and review outputs
- Give clear feedback to keep content consistent and on-brand
Process & Planning
- Track timelines and deliverables across clients
- Spot gaps early and flag them before they become issues
- Help improve internal workflows where possible
What We’re Looking For
Must-haves:
- Mid-level experience in social media strategy, content planning, or agency work
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends
- Comfortable speaking with clients and leading discussions
- Clear communicator who takes feedback well
- Able to manage multiple projects at once
Nice to have (not required):
- Experience in finance, real estate, or service-based businesses
- Hands-on experience with creative tools, or experience leading creatives
