JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for someone experienced with the Meta platform (Facebook) to help our team resolve technical issues related to profiles, Business Managers, pages, and ad accounts.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to person when problems arise inside the Meta ecosystem. Our clients often run into issues with account access, asset ownership, verifications, and other platform quirks, and we need someone who can step in, diagnose the issue, and find a solution.

You’ll work closely with our internal team and occasionally with clients to help troubleshoot problems, explain platform changes, and keep things running smoothly. Part of the role will also involve documenting common issues and solutions so we can continue improving our internal processes.

We’re looking for someone who already understands how Meta’s systems work and enjoys solving platform problems. Clear communication and a practical, problem-solving mindset are important, since you’ll often be explaining technical issues in simple terms.

This role offers flexible, remote-friendly work and the chance to work with a variety of Meta accounts and real platform challenges as part of a supportive team.

Experience using antidetect browsers, specficially Adspower, is beneficial to this job.
