We are an Australian IT services company providing IT support, cybersecurity, and technology solutions to businesses.
We are looking for a highly organised and reliable Service Coordinator to support our operations team by managing quotes, service tickets, and task coordination to ensure work progresses smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, process management, and coordinating tasks across teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Prepare quotes based on engineer notes
Send quotes to clients and track approvals
Follow up on pending quotes
Confirm approved quotes and update internal systems
Review service tickets to ensure proper documentation
Track tasks and follow up with engineers to ensure completion
Coordinate internally to ensure approved work gets scheduled
Requirements :
Strong written English communication
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Reliable and consistent with task follow-ups
Comfortable using online tools and systems
Nice to Have :
IT industry / MSP experience
Experience with ticketing systems (HaloPSA, Zendesk, Freshdesk)
Experience with quoting tools (Xero, PandaDoc)
Task tracking tools (Asana, ClickUp, Trello)
