We are seeking an experienced
The ideal candidate is both a strong media buyer and an effective teacher who can translate strategy into structured training systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design and implement a structured
• Develop step-by-step SOPs, training manuals, and video walkthroughs
• Train VAs on campaign setup, targeting, retargeting, and scaling strategies
• Teach performance metrics analysis (CPL, CPA, conversion rate, ROI)
• Conduct live campaign reviews and coaching sessions
• Oversee Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking education
• Establish testing frameworks for structured A/B experimentation
• Monitor VA performance and provide skill assessments and feedback
• Ensure compliance with Meta policies
• Build a scalable internal media buying team capable of managing campaigns independently
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS ARE:
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on
• Proven track record in lead generation campaigns (not ecommerce-only)
• Prior experience in training or mentoring junior media buyers or marketing teams
• Strong analytical skills and ability to explain data clearly
• Ability to build structured systems, documentation, and repeatable processes
• Experience in regulated industries (insurance, healthcare, finance) preferred
TEMP WORK SCHEDULE:
Work schedule is temporary AND part-time schedule, working 4 hours per day for 5 days a week.
Days and Hours to work are Monday to Friday from 3:30pm to 7:30pm MST Arizona time.
COMPENSATION: $8 dlls per Hour and BONUS dependent on AD Campaign performance from VA's
