JOB OVERVIEW

The Role:
I am looking for a "Right-Hand" VA to help me move projects—both business and personal—off my plate and into reality. This isn’t a data-entry role. This is for someone who enjoys the "hunt"—figuring out how to list a car, researching a new market, or troubleshooting a technical snag when I don’t have the time to.

You are a fit if:
-- You are a Researcher: You can take a vague request ("Find the best CRM for a 3-person team") and come back with a comparison and a recommendation.
-- You are a Catalyst: You don't just "wait for tasks." You see where I’m stuck and offer to help move it along.
-- You have "Technical Chops": You aren't afraid to log into a new software, read the documentation, and figure out how it works.
-- You have a "Business Brain": You can help me facilitate new sales tests or ventures by doing the legwork (finding leads, setting up basic outreach, etc.).

Requirements:
Overlap: 2–3 hours of daily overlap with US [Your Timezone] for sync-ups.
Communication: Exceptional written English. You must be able to summarize complex info quickly.
Brainpower: You must be a "thinker." If I give you an objective, you design the path to get there.
