Focus: Precision, Mobile Optimization, & Project Ownership

We are looking for a WordPress Builder who doesn't just "build pages" but executes designs. If you struggle to match fonts, padding, and hex codes from a Figma file, this is not the role for you.

We need a dependable partner who reads instructions twice, asks questions once, and delivers work that doesn't require a "second pass" to fix basic mistakes.

The Role
- Figma Translation: Take a Figma design and build it 1:1 in Divi.
- Mobile First: Every page must be flawlessly optimized for mobile—not as an afterthought, but as part of the build.
- Problem Solving: When a plugin breaks or a layout shifts, you don't just say "it's broken." You investigate, find a fix (CSS/Light PHP), and communicate the plan.
- Communication: You are proactive. You tell us when you start, where you are, and when a task is 100% "Client-Ready."

Technical Requirements
- Divi Mastery: 3+ years. You must understand the Theme Builder and Global Elements.
- Detail Obsession: You notice when a button is 2px off-center.
- The "Thinker" Mindset: You look at a task, think through the logic, and then execute.
- Bonus: Experience with Framer (mention this if you have it).
