Real Estate CRM & Automation Virtual Assistant (Follow Up Boss)
I’m looking for a tech-savvy Virtual Assistant who can help me organize and optimize my CRM system and automations for my real estate business.
Most of the systems are already set up, but I need someone who can make sure everything is running properly and that all integrations are working together smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain my CRM (Follow Up Boss)
Activate and monitor
Ensure lead automations are working properly
Organize and update contacts inside the CRM
Troubleshoot issues within the CRM and integrations
Help maintain automations using tools like Zapier
Make sure my systems communicate correctly with each other
Follow training videos and instructions when needed

Requirements
Experience working with real estate CRMs
Understanding of automation workflows
Ability to troubleshoot basic system issues
