We are looking for a results-driven LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist based in the Philippines to help us grow our pipeline through outbound LinkedIn outreach.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Send personalized LinkedIn connection requests to targeted prospects daily
- Follow up with accepted connections via messaging and InMail
- Craft and send compelling InMail messages to reach prospects outside your network
- Qualify leads based on provided Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria
- Track outreach activity and results in a shared spreadsheet or CRM
- Provide daily/weekly updates on outreach performance and pipeline
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have an active, well-established personal LinkedIn account with 500+ connections
- Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation, outbound sales, or similar role
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
- Ability to write personalized, non-spammy outreach messages
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Reliable internet connection and own device
- Available to work during US business hours (flexible)
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with CRM tools (GHL, HubSpot, Airtable, Notion, etc.)
- Prior experience in B2B lead generation or appointment setting
- Knowledge of any specific industry niche (will be discussed during interview)
