JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing web design agency that also runs SaaS products, and we’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team long-term. (Full ---------- Time, 2 positions available)

This role requires someone who follows processes carefully, communicates clearly, and pays strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities
----------------------
- Follow internal processes and task checklists
- Assist with website updates and content in WordPress / CMS
- Perform quality checks (QA) on websites and SaaS products
- Help manage tasks and project updates
- Communicate with tea ---------- mbers and occasionally with clients
- Report issues, bugs, or improvements you notice

Requirements
--------------------
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow processes and instructions
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Experience with WordPress CMS
- Client communication experience is preferred
