AI Creative Video Editor (Ads & Performance)

We want to hire you and pay you a lot of money.
We are looking for 1–2 experienced creative video editors who understand advertising and AI tools and are looking for a long-term position with a fast growing marketing team.

Your day to day will consist of:
• Editing short form and long form videos
• Creating AI-generated visuals and animations
• Sourcing high performing B-roll
• Turning winning ad concepts into new variations
• Testing new visual styles and formats
Our goal is to produce a lot of ads and constantly improve them, so we are looking for editors who enjoy experimenting, learning new tools, and improving their craft.
Little bit about us:
We are a marketing agency that helps personal injury lawyers across the United States get more clients through social media ads.
We have been around for 3+ years, are growing fast, and are pushing to dramatically increase the number of ads we produce every month.
Not only do you receive a monthly salary, but you also receive bonus payouts for conversions generated from the ads you edit.

Qualifications
Must have fluent English and be able to communicate clearly with the team.
Must be highly skilled with editing tools such as:
• CapCut
• Adobe Premiere
• After Effects
• Canva
Must know how to use AI tools for video creation, such as:
• Google Flow
• Gemini
• ChatGPT
• Kling AI
• ElevenLabs
Bonus if you have experience with:
• Sora
• Higgsfield
• other AI animation or video generation tools
Must know how to source high-quality B-roll and music from places like:
• Envato
• Storyblocks
• TikTok
• Instagram
• other organic sources
Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment where we produce a lot of ads and test new ideas constantly.
We are looking for people who want to build a long term career, not short term freelance work.

Hiring Process
1. Accomplish the application form below that includes:
- A few background and experience questions
- About Me Loom video
- Compensation expectations
2. You will receive an email communication about an initial interview
3. If you got through the initial screening, you will receive an email for a paid trial task. We will ask you to complete a paid test task where you will recreate a sample ad using AI tools so we can evaluate your workflow and editing ability.
4. After a paid trial, you will get a confirmation on your candidacy status.
