JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to join my team. I have a long-term job opportunity, and I want to work with someone reliable for the years to come. I promise you stable work, and if you put in the effort, you will be well rewarded!

As a VA - AI B-Roll specialist, you will play a critical role in our daily content production pipeline! You will be the bridge between our creative strategy and our video editing team.

While you will be provided with specific content sheets containing the exact text prompts to use, this is not just a simple copy-paste job. AI generation requires a sharp eye for quality, intense attention to detail, and consistency. Your daily workflow will require focus and precision:

Review: Carefully read the daily content sheet and understand the visual goals for our products.

Execute: Run the provided prompts precisely within our AI video generation tools.

Quality Control: Review the AI-generated clips to ensure they actually look good, meet our standards, and match the prompt (discarding any weird or broken AI generations).

Organize: Methodically rename, organize, and upload the approved files into our shared Google Drive so our Video Editors can seamlessly pick them up.

You will be working collectively with a dedicated team of other VAs on these AI video creations every single day. Because our editors rely on your files, your consistency directly impacts the whole team! In return, you will be a highly valued member of our crew. We provide full support, clear guidance, and continuous feedback along the way to ensure you master the process and succeed with us long-term.
