Inflight is an aviation community offering Flight Training, FBO services, Aircraft Maintenance, and a 24/7 members-only social lounge called Cloud 1941. We operate on a member-exclusive model—everything we do is built around creating an incredible experience for our aviation community.

We're a community of people who love aviation, and our marketing needs to reflect that—authentic, real, and grounded in the actual experiences of our members.

The Role
We're looking for a Marketing Director to own the day-to-day execution of our marketing efforts. You'll be the central hub: managing content production, coordinating with members and contractors, and keeping our brand consistent across every channel.

This is a hands-on execution role. Our leadership team sets the strategic direction, but your ideas, insights, and input on what's working will absolutely shape what we do. You'll be the person who makes it all happen—and we want you in the conversation, not just taking orders.

What You'll Do
Content Management & Production

Manage a content calendar across all platforms (social media, email, website, blog)
Edit and produce video content from raw footage submitted by community members (short-form for social, longer edits for YouTube/website)
Edit and retouch photos for use across marketing channels
Create graphics for social media posts, email headers, website banners, and promotional materials
Write and publish blog posts about aviation topics, community events, member spotlights, and flight training
Build and send email campaigns (newsletters, promotions, member updates)
Community Content Program

Run our member content submission program—our community members submit videos and photos from their flights, time in Cloud 1941, training sessions, and more
Curate and organize incoming submissions
Select winning content each month and coordinate flight credit rewards
Turn raw member content into polished, on-brand marketing assets
Coordination & Project Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for our outsourced SEO and Google Ads contractors
Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and reporting between contractors and our leadership team
Track marketing performance metrics and prepare simple reports
Manage our social media posting schedule and engagement
What We're Looking For
Must-Have Skills

Experience in digital marketing, content management, or a similar role
Strong video editing skills
Photo editing proficiency
Graphic design ability for social media and email assets
Experience managing social media accounts for a brand

Email

Excellent written English
Highly organized with strong project management habits
Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule within the required overlap hours
Nice-to-Have

Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
Basic understanding of SEO principles
Experience coordinating with third-party contractors or agencies
Familiarity with aviation, flight training, or membership-based businesses
Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights)
Knowledge of short-form video trends (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
