???? Hiring: Client Success & Account Progression Specialist (AI Agency)

???? Pay: $17 – $25 per hour
We are hiring a Client Success & Account Progression Specialist to help our clients move forward faster and achieve real results.
This is not a passive support role.
Your mission is simple: make sure our clients progress.
When clients move forward, they stay longer.
When they stall, they cancel.
Your role exists to prevent that.

???? Your Mission
Your primary objective is to accelerate client progression through these key milestones:
• Launch Time – (Open ? Launch)
• First Appointment Show – (Launch ? First Show)
• First Cash Collected – (First Show ? First Payment)
The faster clients move through these stages, the higher the retention, satisfaction, and results.

???? Your Responsibilities
You will manage up to 10 client accounts.
Your responsibilities include:
• Conduct onboarding calls with clients
• Secure required system access:
GoHighLevel (Admin access)

Meta Ad Business Manager

Twilio (A2P approval)

Assistable AI system

• Provide access to our Client Management Dashboard (ClickUp)
• Review and brief each account setup
• Monitor client progress and guide them toward the next milestone
• Act as an accountability partner / coach for clients
• Maintain fast response times and proactive communication

You must have:
• Strong English communication skills (especially on Zoom calls)
• Experience with Assistable AI
• Basic Meta Ads understanding
• Twilio / A2P approval experience
• Experience with lead generation & appointment systems
• High accountability and responsiveness

We need someone who can respond quickly when clients need help.

• $17 – $25 per hour depending on experience
• Weekly time tracking
• Payments calculated via a shared spreadsheet
• Performance bonuses available
This is a trust-based system.
Accuracy and transparency in time logging are required.

You will begin managing up to 10 client accounts after onboarding.
