We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help generate new client relationships for our U.S. executive search firm specializing in construction and infrastructure leadership placements.

This role is not typical appointment setting. You will engage directly with business owners and senior executives, build real conversations, and create opportunities that turn into signed partnerships.

Top performers in this role often grow into Executive Recruiter positions.

***What You’ll Do***
• Identify and research decision-makers at U.S. companies
• Run outbound campaigns via phone, LinkedIn, and email
• Start conversations with executives and business leaders
• Set qualified meetings that convert into real opportunities
• Handle objections professionally and confidently
• Collaborate with the U.S. recruiting team to convert meetings into new business
• Consistently hit activity and performance targets

• 1+ year outbound sales, SDR, appointment setting, or cold-calling experience
• Strong English communication skills with confident phone presence
