We are hiring a Recruiter to support a U.S.-based executive search firm that has been placing leadership talent in construction and infrastructure for decades.
In this role, you will engage directly with Project Managers, Superintendents, and construction executives across the United States, building relationships with passive candidates and helping drive real placements.
This is not a sourcing-only position. You will be trained to operate as a full-cycle recruiter within a proven executive search model.

***What You’ll Be Responsible For***
• Conducting outbound calls to experienced U.S. construction professionals
• Engaging passive candidates and building professional relationships
• Running structured discovery conversations to understand experience and career goals
• Managing candidate pipelines and follow-up inside CRM
• Supporting candidate submissions, interviews, and hiring processes
• Consistently achieving outreach and recruiting performance targets
You will receive structured onboarding, proven scripts, systems, and ongoing coaching.
***Must-Haves***
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Confident, professional phone presence
• Experience engaging passive candidates (recruiting or outbound sales)
• Comfortable working Philippines night shift aligned with U.S. time zones
• Reliable high-speed internet and backup power
• Quiet, professional home workspace
• Ability to maintain consistent outbound call activity
***Nice-to-Haves***
• U.S. recruiting experience (agency or executive search)
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, or similar sourcing tools
• Background in talent acquisition or outbound B2B sales
• Experience supporting U.S.-based hiring teams
