**Operations Manager (Remote)**

We are a growing content and personal brand strategy company that helps entrepreneurs build powerful online brands and scalable content systems.

Our company works with business owners to develop their brand positioning, content strategy, and operational content workflows. As the business grows, we are looking for someone who can help manage and improve the operational systems that support the company.

This role focuses on organization, operational support, and system management to help ensure the company runs smoothly behind the scenes.

**Role Overview**

We are looking for a reliable and organized **Operations Manager** to help manage the operational side of the business.

This role will support systems, onboarding processes, documentation, and internal coordination. The goal of this role is to help maintain structure across our internal systems so the founder can focus on growth, marketing, and partnerships.

You will work directly with the founder and help maintain the operational backbone of the business.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Client Onboarding Support**

- Monitor the client onboarding process after new clients join
• Ensure onboarding forms are completed and organized
• Guide clients to the correct resources and next steps
• Help maintain onboarding documentation and processes

**System & Tool Management**

We use several tools to run the business, and you will help manage and organize these systems:

- Airtable (client tracking)
• Notion (client dashboards and documentation)

• Slack (internal team communication)
• Zapier (automation workflows)

Responsibilities include:

- Ensuring systems remain organized and updated
• Monitoring automation workflows
• Helping improve system processes over time
• Identifying areas where processes can be improved

**Internal Operations Support**

- Track tasks and responsibilities across the team
• Help ensure internal workflows remain organized
• Maintain clear documentation of processes
• Assist with operational organization as the company grows

---

**SOP & Documentation Development**

- Help document internal processes
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Organize training resources and documentation

---

**Communication & Coordination**

- Assist with client communication when necessary
• Help maintain internal team coordination
• Ensure information flows properly between systems and tea ---------- mbers

**Requirements**

We are looking for someone who is:

- Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
• Familiar with online business operations
• Comfortable learning new tools and systems
• Reliable and proactive in communication

Experience with the following tools is helpful but not required:

- Airtable
• Notion
• Zapier

• CRM systems

**Working Hours**

- Part-time role to start (30 hours per week)
• Flexible schedule, but must be responsive during agreed working hours
• Potential for increased hours as the company grows

**Compensation**

Compensation will be discussed based on experience and working structure.
