JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a skilled long-form VSL video editor who understands direct response marketing for Facebook ads and can edit ---------- –40 minute VSLs as well as short VSLs (3–5 minutes).

This is not typical YouTube editing.
You must understand sales psychology, pacing, and retention for paid traffic.

If you’ve never edited long-form direct response ---------- for Facebook ad funnels, this role is not for you.

What You’ll Be Editing

• Long-form VSLs (10–40 minutes) for Facebook ad funnels
• Short VSLs (3–5 minutes)
• Advertorial-style videos
• Performance marketing creatives

Typical editing elements include:

• b-roll
• motion graphics
• captions
• charts / visual explanations
• pattern interrupts
• stock footage
• sound design
• pacing optimized for viewer retention and conversions

Requirements

You must have experience editing direct response VSLs used in paid traffic funnels.

You should understand:

• retention pacing
• emotional storytelling
• direct response structure
(hook ? problem ? mechanism ? solution ? proof ? CTA)

Tools typically used:

• Premiere Pro / After Effects / Final Cut
• Motion graphics
• Stock footage sourcing

IMPORTANT — Application Instructions
